Responsibilities

  • Monitoring new affiliate leads for quality
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving new affiliate applications
  • Generating monthly payments reports
  • Testing new campaigns’ links and creatives to ensure correct tracking once uploaded
  • Increasing campaign payouts for all or selected affiliates

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years prior account management experience, preferably in internet/e-commerce environment

LeadFlash is currently looking for an Account Executive to join our Affiliate Relations Department. They will be responsible for managing existing accounts as well as bringing in new ones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and adhere to strategies that establish proactive communication, monitor and improve service results and effectiveness, optimize value propositions
  • Support and grow the revenue of existing accounts
  • Schedule and make ongoing proactive, strategic calls with each account to fully understand the account's business, their ongoing strategic goals and objectives, building a strong rapport/relationship with key contacts and decision makers, and identifying (1) how the Account Manager can provide value to their needs, and (2) how their needs can help achieve the Account Manager's goals and objectives
  • Provide daily service and support to assigned accounts with service adjustments, problem solving, troubleshooting, and reporting requests

  • Track and record client data, relevant business metrics and ongoing communication and service changes
  • Prepare written presentations, reports and price quotations

Responsibilities

LeadFlash is looking for an experienced Web Designer who is proficient in CSS Coding. Designer should be highly creative and able to conceptualize new site concepts. We seek candidates that have strong communication skills and the ability to think outside the box.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and hand coding of websites in XHTML/CSS
  • Ability to troubleshoot CSS coding issues
  • Designing and producing animated and static banner ads and email creatives for our suite of websites in our affiliate network, logo design, website designs, and other related web graphics
  • Designing and producing landing pages for banner and email ads using seasonal and non-seasonal themes
  • Updating text and graphics on websites using Source Safe

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience working in the web graphic design field
  • BFA in Graphic Design, or similar, is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML – must be able to hand code CSS and HTML
  • CSS design experience in building large scale sites
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop CS4, Dreamweaver CS4 and Illustrator CS4
  • Working knowledge of Flash
  • Action Scripting and JavaScript
  • Microsoft Visual Studio and Source Safe knowledge a plus
